These are pictures of the exhibits that were shown Sunday, August 12, 2001, at the National Show of the Federation of Historical Bottle Collectors at the New Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. The pictures were taken by Jean Harbron.

Norm and Junne Barnett put together the above display of World War I Canning Posters, urging people to can food.

Ella Mae Beach made this display of Ball posters, jars and other products.

Tom and Alice Moulton showed this display called “Kissin Cousins.”

Louis and Jeanine Fairfield set up a fantastic display of Pharmacy Show Globes and Counter Displays.

John and Sue Hinkel showed this display of Ink bottles and other containers.

Louis and Jeanine Fairfield displayed this collection of Poison Bottles.

Al Vignon had a beautiful display of Colored Globe Jars.

Al Vignon also displayed this collection of unusual Refrigerator Water Bottles.

A large display of American Jelly Glasses that was put together by a committee of the Jelly Jammers Club. The Committee consisted of Lee Cole (Chair), Jim DeGrado, Jean Harbron. Contributions to the display were also provided by Margaret Shaw, Meredith Robinson, and Wanda Yoder.

The picture above shows tools used to prepare jelly.

The cardboard cutouts, above, were made from the cover of the book American Jelly Glasses: A Collector’s Notebook by Barbara Bowditch.

These are jelly glass cartons, jars, lids, and labels dating from the 1930s to the present.

These are jelly glasses made before 1900.

These jelly glasses were made in the Twentieth Century.

Gene Bradberry made this display of bottles and advertising for “Tenn-Cola.”

Brad Pedigo put together this display about the Glass Factories of Redkey, Indiana.

This display of Michigan Strapside Flasks was done by Steve DeBoode and Gary Grabau.
