These are pictures of the exhibition floor Sunday, January 11, 2004, at the Winter Show of the Midwest Antique Fruit Jar and Bottle Club at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. Pictures and report were published in the February issue of Glass Chatter by the Midwest Antique Fruit Jar and Bottle Club.

Dick Sorensen’s display of Salt and Pepper Shakers. Dick’s display included more than a dozen salt and pepper shaker sets made by Ball.

Adam Koch’s display of Stoneware Wax Sealers.

June Lowry’s display of glass containers made for the Flaccus and Hirsch Companies tied for the “Dealer’s Choice” award.

Mike Jordan showed a collection of Ball Perfect Mason Jars made between 1909 and 1962.

Dave Rittenhouse showed a collection of Ball Fruit Jars and “Go-Withs.”

Sally Bernas showed water bottles, Simplex jars and glass caps from the Perfection Glass Company of Washington, Pennsylvania. This display tied for the “Dealer’s Choice” award.

Mike Mosier showed samples of many kinds of bottles and jars made by Ball.

Norm Barnett showed a wide variety of fruit jars with elaborate, original closures. Many of these are rare and very difficult to find.

Ron Hands showed his Trademark Lightning Jars in many rare colors.

Glennie Burkett showed her Evening in Paris collection.

Jean Harbron and Wanda Yoder won the “Most Educational Award” for their 20th Century Top Seal Glass Lids display.

Marv Juel showed many colorful varieties of pottery wax seal fruit jars from the 19th century.
