These are pictures of the exhibition floor Sunday, January 11, 2009, at the Winter Show of the Midwest Antique Fruit Jar and Bottle Club at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. Fruit Jar Get-Together

The following pictures were taken Saturday, January 10, 2009, at the Fruit Jar Get Together and Auction at the Signature Inn, Muncie.

Mason Bright shows his Ball Corporation Poster which was sold at the auction.

Jeff Klingler brought a Ball made HAPPER EXTRACT AND PERFUME COMPANY half-gallon jar for Show & Tell.


Awards were presented to the exhibitors whose displays were voted the best in several categories.

Mike Jordan won the Dealer’s Choice Award for his display of Ball Perfect Masons.

Sue Wilson (left) and Anne Szopa (right) won two prizes for their display of Images of Fruit Jars. Sue is holding the People’s Choice Ribbon while Anne has the Most Educational Ribbon.

Jean Harbron showed Jar Art featuring jars with design patents.

June Lowry showed Midwest Antique Fruit Jar and Bottle Club display jars from many years. Below is a close-up of the dealer award jars.

Joe Coulson brought sets of Jelly Jars with Shipping Cartons.

Anne Szopa and Sue Wilson won the Most Educational Award and People’s Choice awards with Images of Fruit Jars.

Dick Cole displayed Brinkerhoff Jars.

Mike Mosier showed Go Withs.

Dick Cole had a second display featuring Ball Christmas Ornaments.

Norm and Junne Barnett showed some beautiful Jar Paintings.
